The hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible. The rooms and toiletries were clean and fresh. The staff, especially Ms. Mariah, at the reception was very helpful and were really nice too assist with personal issues. The hotel is recommended for couples and families looking for a safe and pleasant stay in Rameshwaram.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The restaurant location is perfect for admiring nature. the rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained and comfortable with excellent beds. the helpdesk staff is exceptional and provided great guidance for temple darshan. Secure basement parking is available.
The staff needs improvement in customer service and communication, as noted in previous reviews.

The hotel location was convenient for my business trip as it was close to the city center and main transportation routes. the rooms were newly refurbished and comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee amenities provided in the room.
the service was slow and unprofessional, and the staff seemed unorganized and untrained.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was ideal for me, being away from the noisy city and close to nature. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was super clean and spacious, and I especially appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. the hotel amenities were well-maintained and the breakfast served was delicious.

The hotel room was incredibly clean and comfortable, making it perfect for a romantic escape. We were especially impressed with the spacious and well-designed bathroom, which had separate wet and dry areas. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
There were a few areas of the hotel that left us feeling disappointed. For one, the service could definitely use some improvement.

Our room at Hotel Taika was excellent, with modern interiors and plenty of space. The staff went out of their way to help us with temple darshan and guidance for Dhanushkodi. The location was safe and quiet, away from the temple congestion. I highly recommend this hotel.
